Tropical Smoothie Cafe gift cards are sold in cafés and through the official website, and are redeemable at participating cafés.

Buy one

In café: physical cards at the register, in standard denominations.
Online: through the gift card section of tropicalsmoothiecafe.com, including e-gift options when offered.
Retailers: some grocery and big-box stores carry them in gift-card racks.

Per the official gift card FAQ, you can check a balance three ways:

In the app: add the card to your account and the balance shows there.
On the official balance page: tropicalsmoothiecafe.com/gift-cards/check-balance — enter the card number and PIN.
In café: any team member can check at the register.

This independent site cannot look up balances and never asks for card numbers — only enter them on the official page or in the official app.

Treat a gift card like cash: a lost or stolen card usually cannot be replaced without the original receipt and card number.
Cards are for café purchases; they are not redeemable for cash except where law requires.
Balances never expire (per the official FAQ) and stay available until fully used.
Balances cannot be transferred between cards, and kiosks and third-party delivery apps do not accept gift cards.
Promotional bonus-card offers (for example around holidays) carry their own dates and terms — read the fine print when you buy.
