Tropic Rewards, explained

Tropic Rewards is Tropical Smoothie Cafe's free loyalty program, run through its app. This page is an unofficial summary — the app shows the current terms for your account.

How it works

• Join free in the official app and order ahead or scan in café.
• Earn points on purchases — program materials have listed 10 points per $1 spent; check the app for the current rate.
• New-member reward: the brand has offered a free 20 oz smoothie for new members through the app, typically with a qualifying purchase.
• Birthday reward: members receive a birthday treat offer in the app.
• Referrals: referral offers have given bonus points to both the referrer and the new member.
• Redeem points and offers for free or discounted items inside the app.

Worth knowing

• Offers, point values and expiry rules change; the app is the source of truth, not this page.
• Local deals such as Getaway Hour may not stack with app offers — ask before ordering.
• This site is independent and cannot access or fix rewards accounts. Use the official contact page for account help.
