Secret-menu style blends
Tropical Smoothie Cafe does not publish an official secret menu. What regulars call "secret menu" drinks are custom builds: a standard smoothie plus an add-in or swap. These are built only from items in the published guide, so the calorie math is real.

How to order a custom build
- Describe the build, not just a name. Staff may not know fan names; "a Sunrise Sunset with peanut butter blended in" always works.
- Expect add-in upcharges. Each add-in is a separate serving with its own price.
- Mention allergies first. Peanut butter and whey change the allergen picture of the base drink — check the allergen chart.
- Total it before you go. Add the same build in the calculator to see protein, sugar and sodium, not just calories.
