Guest survey & feedback

Tropical Smoothie Cafe collects guest feedback through its official channels. This independent site does not run a survey and never collects responses.

How official feedback works

• Receipt invitations: the brand runs its receipt survey as TSCListens (tsclistens.com). Keep a recent receipt — you enter the store and visit details printed on it, answer a few questions, and at the end you receive a validation code for the offer printed on that same receipt. Follow the address printed on yours — it leads to the brand's survey partner.
• Official contact page: for anything a survey does not cover, use the official contact page.
• Have ready: the café location, date and time of your visit, and what you ordered. Specifics get routed; general praise or complaints are read too.

Avoid survey scams

• Only trust addresses printed on your receipt or on tropicalsmoothiecafe.com itself.
• A real brand survey never asks for payment, gift-card numbers or banking details, and never charges a "processing fee" for a reward.
• If a site asks you to buy something to "unlock" a smoothie reward, close it.

For problems with an order or a charge, the café and the official contact page are the fastest route — we cannot change orders or refunds from here (see our contact page).
